The cases of the femural neck fracture were treated with Multiple percutaneus pinning, underothe X-ray control, from July 1972 to June 1976, at Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery, School of medicine, Cung-Nam National University.
The results were asfollowing:
1) cases were Male, and 4 caseswere female, All of cases were oberved more than l--40 years old group.
2) Causes of the femural neck fracturewere fall dwon in 5 cases predominantiy 2 cases were by train eccidentand other 3 cases were by minor accident,
3) Sites of fracture were 5 cases in subcapitql, 3 cases in trancervical and 2 cases in base- of neck.
4) The 8 cases of the 10 cases were functionally and reontgeolgically good result as satisfactory.
